The Unveiling of the Kelso History Panels held on January 17th (30 years to day since the major flood ravaged Kelso and caused its demise). This time however the day was hot and sunny - the ex residents of Kelso enjoyed the occasion and the opportunity to catch up with old friends and neighbours.
